K-Series Crimper Parts
For use with K-Series Hydraulic Crimpers, including the K-100, K-300, and K-500 models, this equipment features a six-foot extended reach hose that allows the K-Series Hydraulic Crimper actuator to be used as a foot pedal. The specifications for the hydraulic fluid include a biodegradable formulation that helps prevent environmental contamination, with an ISO Viscosity Grade of 46, SAE Grade of 20W, a synthetic oil base, a maximum operating temperature of 200°F, a flash point of 442°F, and a yellow color. The hose specifications include a 3/8" high-pressure jack hose with 3/8" male NPT hose ends. Note that additional hydraulic fluid (K-M No. KKFLUID) is required.

Weatherhead Crimper Parts
The replacement pump switch is available for the T-410-1, T-440-1, and ET-4001 machines, while a Tool Locator Bracket Kit is offered for the T-420 machine and also for the T-410-1 and T-440-1 machines. Additionally, there is a switch to interface the T400-1 crimper with the T421U pump or T421U-110 pump. The T-450-C Stand is specifically designed for the Portable Coll-O-Crimp T-465 Press, allowing it to be used on a workbench or other flat surfaces without the need for a vise; simply bolt the press onto the stand with the supplied bolts to make Coll-O-Crimp Hose Assemblies.
