The product is a paper safe and permit holder featuring a Lexan body and a smoked Lexan cover lens. It is an OEM component used on many tankers and has dimensions of 4-7/8" in diameter and 1-1/2" in height. Additionally, it includes a spring paper retainer.

The product features a vinyl pouch with a self-sealing zipper, designed to accommodate 6" x 9" mounts that are secured through 4 brass eyelets spaced 5-1/4" x 8-3/8" apart, allowing for the viewing of papers up to a 4-1/2" x 7-1/2" area.
