Kimball Midwest services our customers out of five strategically located distribution centers. Our corporate headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio, servicing the Midwest. The remaining regions are fully supported through our distribution centers in Dallas, Texas; Newtown, Connecticut; Reno, Nevada; and Savannah, Georgia.
Over 99% fill rate on all orders with same-day shipment and over 90% of customers delivered next day. What does that mean? If you order it, you will get it and get it quickly. Online ordering, product information and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website.
Customer inquiries are handled quickly by trained specialists with decision-making authority. As a result, all customers receive prompt, efficient, courteous service.
Our contract with General Services Administration of the Federal Government (GSA Schedule #GS-06-0040N) allows us to fully support government customers.
Each customer sets appropriate minimum and maximum inventory levels for each item, and provide the equipment to reorganize their maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) product storage area for quick and easy access.
