Available in PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) and CPVC (Chlorinated PolyVinyl Chloride) material.
Maximum operating temperature for PVC systems should not exceed 140°F (110°F threaded systems).
Maximum operating temperature for CPVC systems should not exceed 200°F (150°F threaded systems).
PVC & CPVC use different sizing systems. A 1/2" PVC cap is larger than a 1/2" CPVC cap & will not interchange.
