Extremely smooth, spatter-free arc transfer.
Semi-flexible coating allows slight bending.
Ideal for joining and repairing boiler plate, pipe steels, shipbuilding steel & cast steels.
Welds all construction steels in the form of angles, channels, "T", "I", and "H" sections, particularly weathering steels and steels designed for outdoor service.
Welds free machining steels, steels to be chromium plated, or joints under high restraint such as very thick sections.
Ideal for overlaying shafts and other worn parts when very high weld metal density is required.
All position - welds flat, vertical up, vertical down, horizontal, and overhead.
All position AC/DC electrode (DC reverse).
