  • AUTO-DARKENING - Automatically darkens when an arc is struck to provide hands-free protection while welding.
    The dark mode shade is adjustable from 5 to 13.
    Switching Time (light to dark): 0.08ms.
    Delay Time (dark to light): Adjustable from 0.1-0.9s.
  • EXTRA LARGE VIEWING AREA - 12.93 Sq. In. (100x83.4mm) viewing area provides an unobstructed view of the workpiece.
  • HIGH DEFINITION OPTICS - Provide a clear representation of the workpiece without distorting colors, allowing for increased precision while welding.
  • GRIND MODE - Switchable grind mode prevents the helmet from darkening from grinding sparks to provide protection without removing the helmet.
  • SOLAR POWERED - Solar cells power the helmet filter to avoid frequent battery replacement.
  • Replaceable CR2450 backup battery [K-M No. 83-1409] ensures maximum safety in use.
  • FOUR ARC SENSORS - Reduce the possibility of the helmet not darkening if one or more sensors are shielded from the arc.
  • SETTING MEMORY - Three memory presets allow quick change-over to a saved setup for less downtime between different welding operations.
