Left Hand Cryo-Gen "N"™ Drill Bits:

MAINTENANCE LENGTH – Reduced overall length provides increased rigidity, strength and breakage resistance.
MULT-PHASE CRYOGENIC TREATEMENT – Patented deep thermal cycle brings drills down to -300°F to alter and refine the molecular grain structure, relieve stress fracturing and increase durability & life.
STABILIZED MOLECULAR STRUCTURE – Cryogenic treatment reduces brittleness and provides extended tool life.
“N” SERIES NITRIDE TREATMENT – Nitride treatment case hardens the cutting surfaces for superior edge retentions, faster long-term hole creation and longer service life.
BROKEN FASTENER REMOVAL – The left hand drill rotation can cause a fastener to back out when drilling, eliminating the need to use screw extractors to remove broken fasteners.
135° SPLIT POINT – Super heavy-duty 135° split point eliminates center punching.
PREMIUM “M” SERIES ALLOY STEEL – Provides exceptional wear resistance and extremely long tool life.
FLATTED SHANKS – Precision ground flats on the shank eliminate drill slippage and prevents damage to the drill and chuck. (Sizes smaller than 3/16 do not have flatted shanks).

SP+ Cryo-Gen Square Extractors:

HIGH STRENGTH EXTRACTORS - Forged and cryogenically treated construction resists breakage and offers increased tool life.
SQUARE SECTION STRAIGHT FLUTE DESIGN - Positively engages the broken fastener for easier extraction.
CRYO-GEN DESIGN - Patented 24 hour multi-phase cryogenic treatment lowers extractors’ temperature to -300°F before a final warming. Stabilized molecular structure reduces brittleness and offers unsurpassed durability and longevity.
SAFER EXTRACTION - Provides minimal deformation of broken parts.
LASER ETCHED - Proper drill size (for pilot hole drilling) is etched into each extractor for ease of use and convenience.
EASY TO USE - Simply drill a pilot hole in the end of the broken part, insert the extractor and turn it counter-clockwise using a wrench.
AVAILABLE 8 PIECE SET - Set includes SP+ Cryo-Gen Square Extractor sizes 1 thru 4 and corresponding Super Primalloy Cryo-Gen ‘N’ Left Hand Drill Bits for pilot holes. The left hand drill rotation may cause the broken fastener to back out during pilot hole drilling; will not further tighten a broken fastener.
