ENVIRONMENTALLY SEALED - Deutsch Jiffy Splices are environmentally sealed field serviceable splices for reliable connections that are corrosion and moisture resistant.
FAST & EASY - For quick in-the-field repairs, or OEM replacement, the Deutsch Jiffy Splice provides a unique solution for demanding wire connection needs.
SAFER CONNECTIONS - A silicone elastomer covering provides a completely sealed connection for superior protection.
DURABLE AND RELIABLE - Terminals firmly lock into place with an audible snap that assures proper insertion.
SPECIFICATIONS: - 14-18 AWG is rated at 13 Amps continuous and 10-14 AWG is rated at 25 Amps continuous. Conforms to MIL-STD 1344 method 1004.1 for moisture resistance, and MIL-STD 1344 method 1001 for corrosion resistance. Temperature Range: -67° F to 257° F
INSTALLATION - Simply crimp terminal onto wire and push contact into jiffy splice. A snap sound will occur when correctly mated; tug gently to confirm.
