ECONOMICAL PERFORATED LOCKOUT TAGS - The two part lock-out safety tag is made from smooth 13 pt. cardstock paper and is perforated for easy stub removal. Perforated tag is 3 1/8" x 6 1/4" and can be written in with pen, pencil and permanent marker.
RELIABLE RECORD KEEPING - The employee fills out the lock-out tag, and removes the lower portion for verification and monitoring of lock-out/tag-out activity within the plant or facility. Matching identification numbers on the upper and lower portions of the tag allow easy tracking and record keeping.
APPLICATIONS - Lock-out/tag-out operations in maintenance, industrial, fleet, and automotive facilities.
